As we can see from the chart above, the 2017 VW CC and the 2017 Toyota Avalon base models do have quite a few things in common. With comparable MSRPs, we decided to dive in for more details. Drivers will notice that the CC is slightly more fuel efficient, but it pumps out less power. The Avalon is set with a larger, more powerful engine making it slightly less efficient. One plus for the CC is the extended warranties for roadside assistance as well as corrosion, which is 144 months/unlimited miles compared to the Avalon with 60 months/unlimited miles.
Both the CC and the Avalon are set standard with a plenty of comfort and convenience features on their base models. Each one comes with a CD player, MP3 capability and Bluetooth compatibility.
