If you’re ready to show off your new Volkswagen, but don’t think shopping in Beverly Hills is quite the ticket, how about a relaxing brunch in West Hollywood? Below are our top picks. Check them out and let us know which ones make your list this weekend.

Otus Thai

With some of the best Thai food you’ll find outside of Marina Del Rey, Otus Thai might not even be on your radar for brunch, but it should be. Every Saturday and Sunday starting at 9:00 a.m., Otus serves up a unique fusion of foods with favorites like Thai-style omelet rice bowls, roti bread with fried eggs, rice porridge — and for the traditionalists — pancakes and waffles.

Gracias Madre

Take a little trip towards Brentwood and treat yourself to a unique meatless Mexican restaurant which serves a variety of plant-based favorites in a warm, open atmosphere perfect for people watching. Choose from sweet brunch favorites like the Plantain French Toast or go spicy with the Chimichanga — it’s all good at Gracias Madre.

Kings Road Café

If you don’t fancy a trip to Culver City for an intimate brunch spot, then Kings Road Café is worth a look. They offer some of the best coffee in the city, as well as a solid selection of breakfast favorites like the chorizo omelet, blueberry French toast, and avocado toast.

Breakfast by Salt’s Cure

Called one of the most affordable breakfast joints in the city, Breakfast by Salt Cure might be one of the most popular, too. The West Hollywood location serves only a limited breakfast-only menu, but for $10 you can get a hearty plate of oatmeal griddle cakes, so it’s hard to complain.

The Fat Dog Fairfax

While mostly known as a drink and light meal place, The Fat Dog Fairfax offers a lot of hearty weekend options like short rib hash, breakfast pizza, vegetable frittata, and more. It almost makes rolling out of bed before noon worth it.
