Read on for the details!

Engine Power

First, the new 2017 Volkswagen Jetta provides wildly amounts of engine power and also solid efficiency:

  • The 2017 Volkswagen Jetta – The Jetta provides you with a choice of four different engines: a 1.4L engine that gets 150 hp and produces 40 mpg on the highway**; a hybrid 1.4L that realizes 150 hp but gets 48 mpg on the highway**; a 1.8L engine that produces 170 hp and 35 mpg on the highway**; and a 2.0L engine that promises 210 hp and gets 33 mpg on the highway**.

  • The 2017 Mazda3 – The 2017 Mazda3 only gives you two engines—a SKYACTIV-G 2.0L DOHC 4-Cylinder with VVT and a 2.5L SKYACTIV-G 4-Cylinder. However, the first can only generate 155 hp and 37 mpg on the highway, and the second still gets exactly the same efficiency rates, even if it can get 184 hp.
