The 2011 Volkswagen Touareg is backed by expert German engineering and designed for a truly enjoyable ride with high performance all around.
The Touareg is available in seven different trim options, so that your specific needs and requirements can be met in one of the Touareg trims. However, standard in every new Touareg is an outstanding 4XMOTION permanent All-Wheel Drive system with adaptive torque distribution, the ABSPlus anti-lock braking system, Hill Descent Assist, Anti-Slip Regulation, as well as Servotronic steering. In addition to the aforementioned technical features, every new Touareg also boasts an 8-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic, Sport Mode and the Dynamic Shift Program.
Every Touareg houses a spacious and luxurious interior cabin that seats up to five. Climatronic dual-zone electronic climate control with pollen filter keeps your air fresh, and a multi-function trip computer keeps you informed of all that is taking place with your Touareg. Entertainment is maximized with a great sound system that features a three-month trial subscription to SIRIUS Satellite Radio and Media Device Interface. Safety is ensured by the LATCH system for children, side curtain protection airbags, emergency locking retractors for all seating positions and a rollover sensor system.
