2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport Design Features
The VW Atlas Cross Sport is more maneuverable than the standard Atlas model, with a 2.8-inch shorter length and a 2.3-inch lower height. These tighter proportions also contribute to the aggressive look of the Atlas Cross Sport, which is complemented by the stylish 21-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, a distinctive rear bumper, and a three-bar chrome grille with a unique light signature for the middle bar.

The beautiful design of the Atlas Cross Sport continues into the cabin, with stitching accents on the doors and seats, two-tone inserts, and premium features like heated front and rear seats, ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a moonroof. Interior technologies include the Volkswagen Digital Cockpit, the 12-speaker Fender Premium Audio System, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot.
2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport Engine Specs
The 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport offers two engine options: a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine (235-hp; 258 lb-ft of torque) and a 3.6-liter V6 engine (276-hp; 266 lb-ft of torque). Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, while the available 4Motion all-wheel drive system provides excellent traction when driving on slippery roads and uneven terrains.

While Volkswagen has yet to announce an official release date for the 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport, the German automaker is expected to release the SUV in Spring 2020. Buyers of the Atlas Cross Sport will have a choice of eight different trims: S, SE, SE w/Tech, SE w/Tech R-Line, SEL, SEL R-Line, SEL Premium, and SEL Premium R-Line.
